Property Management | Notice on 119 Fire Services Day Evacuation Drill

Dear tenants of POSCO Center,

Good day!

POSCO Center has always dedicated itself to providing safe and quality services for its clients. According to Order 61 of the Ministry of Public Security, namely the Regulations for Fire Safety Management of Organs, Groups, Enterprises and Institutions, and the safety management requirements of POSCO Center, we are going to carry out a fire evacuation drill on the 119 Fire Services Day so as to improve the fire protection consciousness of all working staff and companies in the buildings. The fire evacuation drill helps all proprietors and tenants to learn and master the emergency evacuation procedures and have a better understanding of the fire protection systems and fire escape paths, so as to improve their self-rescue capability.

This fire drill is organized by the property company and the WANGJING East Fire Squadron of Chaoyang District of Beijing. The fire evacuation drill will be carried out in the office building area of POSCO Center (See Relevant Matters for Fire Evacuation Drill in the attachment). We expect your active participation, which can be recorded as a fire training of your company.

Drill time: Nov. 9th, 2017 (Wednesday, 14:50-16:00)

Participants: All tenants

Fire floor: rooftop of  5th floor, Block B

Evacuation assembly area: North square of POSCO Center Building

Attention: The entrance and exit of the parking lot will be closed during 14:50-16:00 of November 9th, 2017. All cars are not allowed to enter and exit. Meanwhile, no cars are allowed to park on the north square.
