Property Management | Forbidden use of electrical appliances in the customers’ rental area

As the winter is coming, the weather becomes dry. To avoid fire, the customers of the mansion are forbidden to use heaters and other electrical appliances in the rental area; Meanwhile, we have found some tenants smoking in the fire-fighting access, rest rooms and other public area, which not only influences others’ health but also incurs severe fire hazards. We hereby reiterate POSCO Center is smoking-free building so smoking is forbidden here.
